Last year Samsung introduced on the market a couple of new tablets, and among them we also had the Galaxy Tab S2 series that arrived with high-end specs on the board. Today, AT&T is happy to announce that the T817A variant of Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 is currently updated to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, so we’re getting some goodies with this occasion.

The update arrives via OTA, and you can check if this package is available for download by going to settings and next – Software updates. Apparently, this update has been rolling out since July 8, but the operator officially published the support page just now.

As you already know, Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 brings a 9.7 inch Super AMOLED panel with a 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution, an octa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM memory and 32 or 64 GB space of internal storage + a microSD card slot. There’s a 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, and a 5870 mAh battery.
