Dell’s Streak tablet is yet to be announced, but we got some pretty interesting details @ CES 2010, regarding the 5 inch device. Apparently, the PC maker might call it a Mini, just like its phone and the folks of Engadget speculated on the name “Mini 5”, that would certainly make sense.

According to the people who played with the tablet, Dell’s new product has a nice keyboard, includes a numpad on the right (in landscape mode) and we learn that the device runs Android 1.6, although we hope for an upgrade before it’s sold officially. There’s also a front-facing camera on board, capacitive multitouch support and more.

In the image above you can see the numpad we’ve mentioned before, which is a cool addition to regular virtual QWERTY keyboards.
