Last week the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 was officially announced at MWC 2013 and today we get info about a new color version. Originally, the device was shown in white and now it was leaked in charcoal black.
The pic comes from an anonymous source and this is a promotional image, so it’s as official as it gets. This model was obviously created by Samsung to compete with the iPad Mini, since it has a diagonal only 0.1 inch bigger. This model stands out from the crowd of other 7 or 8 inch slates through its S Pen stylus, graphical features, Smart Stay, the ability to make phone calls and it also has Android 4.1.2 preinstalled.
The original version of the device was the Marble White one, but frankly speaking, it looked kind of cheap. The Charcoal Black version looks a bit more professional and I can see it in the briefcase of an office bigshot. Just a quick reminder of what we’re dealing with: 2 GB of RAM, quad core Exynos CPU, 5 MP camera, 8 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display, 16/32 GB of storage and all the famous multitasking and unique Samsung features of the Note series.
