Believe it or not Samsung is also gearing up to join the tablet game, possibly upgrading the specs of their rival products. Samsung’s tablet is supposed to support 4G connectivity and run Android. The rumour concerning this device was outed courtesy of Emmanuele Silanesu, National Product and Marketing Manager for Samsung Australia’s IT division.
Silanesu also mentions that the tablet will feature an Intel Atom chip and a Windows version of the device seems very likely, unless the Google OS is a go. If you’re wondering about potential specs, here they are: VoIP support, 3G, an ARM-based architecture and probably enough memory and ports for everyone to be content.
