When we discuss a convertible slate and a 2 in 1 device, we usually refer to a laptop and tablet combo. However the 51Cube iWork 10 is an exception, since it can actually become a PC… sort of. The device is shown below and runs Windows 8.
This model features a 10.1 inch screen and in the basic version it looks just like a regular Windows 8 slate. When opened up, it becomes a laptop with a pretty comfy keyboard and 2 button mouse pad. There’s also a special angle that allows you to prop up the display and turn this device into sort of an all in one desktop PC.
The specs of the iWork 10 include 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and the Intel Bay Trail CPU dual core version, clocked at 1.8 GHz. This model also comes with an IPS panel, stereo speakers, HDMI connectivity, as well as WiFi and 3G. Its battery life is 21 days in standby mode and the slate measures 6.9 mm in thickness.
