As you may know, for a while Xiaomi is selling its products on the Indian market too. Yesterday, the company started to sell the MiPad tablet, device that is priced at $209 (Wi-Fi only tablet). We get to know that this was a flash sale, and the inventory of tablets was quickly exhausted.


Xiaomi MiPad tablets were sold through Flipkart without requiring buyers to register for a flash sale. Also, the company sold 50.000 units of the Xiaomi Redmi 2 smartphone too.  Getting back to the MiPad tablet, you might know that here on we reviewed the device back in July last year.


This tablet is packing a 7.9-inch IPS LCD panel (2048 x 1536 pixels), a quad-core Nvidia Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 16 or 64 GB space of internal storage, stereo speakers, a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing sensor. Xiaomi MiPad comes with a 6.700 mAh battery that promises up to 11 hours of multimedia usage.
