Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus was announced a couple of days ago and now it goes on sale, priced at around $276. This Android tablet comes with 64 GB of storage, but there’s also a 128 GB model priced at around $305.

Available in black or gold (it looks like pink to me), the device has the same specs as the Mi Pad 4, including CPU, RAM and storage. It increases the diagonal and the battery size, of course. We have a Home button here with a fingerprint scanner and the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus comes with a 10.1 inch 16:10 screen with an IPS LCD panel and Full HD+ resolution. It’s got rounded corners and it looks more elegant in this way.

Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of storage. Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus opts for a 13 megapixel main camera and a front 5 MP shooter. I remember the Mi Pad 2 having an excellent camera and the Mi Pad 3 too, for a tablet at least. Interestingly, the slate this time comes with AI backed facial recognition.

The product measures 8 mm in thickness, weighs 485 grams and has a metal body. The biggest advantage is that it comes with 4G LTE as a standard option. No microSD card slot here, by the way. There’s also Android 8.1 with MIUI 10 on top.
