POCO is now making tablets, obviously affordable ones and the latest has just leaked. It’s dubbed the POCO Pad M1 and it was already certified back in October, plus leaked in the GeekBench AI database recently. Now we also have renders of it.
The tablet packs a 12.1 inch IPS LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. There’s also 8 GB of RAM in the mix, 256 GB of storage and a 3.5 mm audio jack. A generous 12.000 mAh battery is keeping the lights on, with support for 33W wired charging. Inside we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and the specs also include a front 8 MP camera and a back cam with the same resolution.
It all weighs 610 grams and measures 7.5 mm in thickness. The device will we sold in Dark blue and gray. I should probably mention that these are the exact same specs as the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, which debuted back in September. Expect a debut for the POCO Pad M1 before the year is out. Somehow, an IP54 certification also made the cut, for dust and splash resistance.
