Wacom is the brand you want to go with, when using a graphics tablet, so you’ll be happy to know that the company has just announced a new device, called Cintiq 21UX. This 21.1 inch tablet features a 4:3 LCD display with a 1600 x 1200 pixel r3solution and an active digitizer, able to recognize 2048 levels of pressure.

The graphical slate incorporates 8 programmable shortcut buttons on either side of the display, plus a touch strip on either side of the rear bezel. You’ll also be able to control up to 4 different functions with each strip thanks to toggle buttons.

There’s also a stylus bundled with the tablet and this accessory comes with a tilt range of +/-60 degrees. Wacom 21UX is able to rotate 180 degrees and tilt between 10 and 65 degrees. Supported connectivity included DVI-I and the price is… not cheap: $1999.99.
