A 15.6 inch screen is usually fit for a laptop rather than a tablet and there are people unhappy that this year tablets will come with 12 inch diagonals. This means that Sharp’s new 15.6 inch tablet may be too big for you…

The company has just debuted a new 15.6 inch Windows 8.1 slate model, shown in the picture above. The device’s codename is RW-16G1 and it’s supposed to appeal to the enterprise user. Among them we find designers and people who work with styluses and graphics. The device features a resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels, 4 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i5-4200U processor.

There’s also a 128 GB SSD on board, a Mini DisplayPort, USB 3.0 ports and an SD card slot. The battery life here is promised to be around 9 hours. The product is aimed at professionals and although the price was not mentioned, I’m sure it will be premium as well. Expect a store debut in March.
