Today, Samsung oficially announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 12.2 tablet at CES 2014. This one it’s the biggest and the most high-end tablet in Samsung’s Galaxy Tab series.
The slate it’s almost identical tot the Galaxy Note PRO 12.2, both tablets have an 12.2 inch display with 2.560 x 1.600 pixel resolution, an octa-core Exynos processor, clocked at 1.9 GHz (quad-core Snapdragon 800 for LTE model), 3 GB of RAM, 32 or 64 GB of storage, a microSD card, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and IR blaster. Also, the back case of the tablet it’s covered in a plastic that looks like leather.
Other specs include an 8 megapixel main camera, a 2 megapixel frontal camera and a 9.500 mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 12.2 runs Android 4.4 KitKat and it seems that the menu button had been replaced by a recent apps button.
