Nubia is preparing a brand new gaming tablet, aptly named Nubia RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro. It comes with a 185 Hz OLED display and it’s the successor to the Gaming Tablet 3 Pro. Specs have yet to be revealed, but we do have a leak.
The device is expected to pack an OLED display and tipster Digital Chat Station is talking about a 9 inch panel with 185 Hz refresh rate and a 2400 x 1504 pixel resolution. Nubia Red Magic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and also uses a liquid cooling system. It should feature an 8300 mAh battery, RGB lighting and a transparent back side design.
According to the tipster, the device will come in Tritium Transparent Silver Wing, Tritium Transparent Dark Night and Gold Legend, as the color options. The tablet will be sold in versions with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, as well as 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. There’s even one with 1 TB of storage. The product is available right now on preorder n China and it’s expected to debut globally as the RedMagic Astra 2.
