Samsung just launched a new niche tablet on the market, a device specifically tailored for the little ones, for kids. We’re talking about the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition, that debuted with a tall screen format and parental controls.
This is the follow-up to the Galaxy Tab A9+ Kids Edition from many moons ago. The new product has a puffy colorful case and a special touch pen, bundled. As well as a keyring, with a special animal character, that Samsung calls CroCro. You also get colorful stickers with the Samsung Kids characters. Of course, the device has a Kids Mode, that allows the little ones to follow Crocro, Cookie the Chef, music lover Lisa and more.
The specs of the regular Galaxy Tab A11+ stay largely unchanged. This means you still get the 11 inch LCD display with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. Plus a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of stroage. There’s also a microSD card slot, with support for an extra 2 TB.
Finally, we also get a 7040 mAh battery, with support for 25W charging. Other important features include an 8 megapixel main camera and 5 MP front camera, plus quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The product is priced at 429 Australian Dolars, as it just debuted in Australia.
