The Microsoft Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 models have been made available outside of the US, or better said North America. Both models can now be purchased with up to 1 TB SSD in 8 extra markets.
The new ones are Australia, China, Austria, France, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Switzerland and the UK. Germany and Japan will also pop up on the list in July, while Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will get the 1 TB Surface Pro 4 this summer. Both models come with a Core i7 CPU and 16 GB of RAM, so they’re seriously hardcore specced.
They will also break the wallet, since the 1 TB Surface Book goes for 2,649 quid, while the 1 TB Surface Pro 4 is available for 2199 quid. They cost much more than your average laptop replacement, that’s for sure. Seeing how the Surface Pro 5 is rumored to debut only next year, you won’t be frustrated if you buy the current gen models now.
