HP Slate 8 Plus is another tablet that yesterday showed up on the web through the guys from mobilegeeks.de. Just like the Slate 10 Plus tablet, this one is a rebranded Huawei model too, more precisely a Huawei MediaPad M1, a slate that offers a 8-inch display and 3G connectivity.

We get a HD display with a 1.280 x 800 pixel resolution, a quad-core HiSilicon V9R1 (Kirin 910) processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G connectivity, an aluminium housing and Android 4.4 KitKat as default operating system in stock version.

HP Slate 8 Plus looks just the same as the MediaPad M1 tablet, and as you can see in the pictures above, the design of these tablets is inspired by HTC One, with those front-facing stereo speakers. Unfortunately, there’s no other info about the price or availability for this Slate 8 Plus tablet.
