Kyocera’s got a mid-range smartphone for you, the Sanyo ZIO, recently announced by Cricket. The carrier will sell the device for $249.99 without a lengthy contract and the release date is scheduled for “some time this Fall”. Sanyo ZIO was showcased back at CTIA 2010 and it comes with a 3.5 inch touch display, a 3.2 megapixel camera and 3.5mm audio jack.
Kyocera’s new handset supports Bluetooth, WiFi, it runs Android (unknown version), sports a trackball, a light sensor, video streaming, A-GPS, a microSD card slot and a digital compass.
