Romanian brand Allview debuted this week a new tablet, a model called Allview Wi8G. This one is a slate with Windows 8.1 on board and 3G connectivity. It’s priced at around $210 and it will be delivered from December 28th.
The device features two back speakers and an IPS HD 8 inch display panel, as well as a quad core Intel processor. This one is an Intel Atom Z3735G, clocked at 1.33 GHz and also coming with 1 GB of DDR3 RAM in tandem. 16 GB of storage are also here, plus a microSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB and a 2 megapixel main cam, as well as a 2 MP front shooter. On the connectivity side there’s 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port.
There’s also an audio jack in the mix and the Allview Wi8G brings a 3800 mAh battery, that should offer up to 4 hours of functioning time. The above mentioned display offers a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and this product is bundled with an Office 365 Personal subscription for one year, as well as 1 TB of OneDrive.
