A few days ago, more precisely on September 25, the Global Certification Forum (GCF) published a new document that confirms that Alcatel prepares a new tablet device. The slate in case that received certification is called OneTouch Pop 8S (TCL P350X) and it comes with mid-range specs.
Alcatel OneTouch Pop 8S offers a 8-inch LCD display, a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, Android 4.4.2 KitKat as default operating system, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE Cat.4 technology that brings a maximum download speed of up to 150 Mbps and an upload speed of up to 50 Mbps.
While the rest of the specs remain unknown for the moment, we find out that Alcatel OneTouch Pop 8S will be introduced on the European market and that it will be sold at a low price once available.
