Lenovo had a field day this week, unveiling new tablets, including a Yoga Tab 11 and Tab P11 Plus, as well as the more affordable Tab M7 and Tab M8 3rd Gen models. Lenovo Yoga Tab 13 joins the gang, as an Android tablet with premium specs, that include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 CPU, quad speakers, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

There’s also a 13.3 inch screen and this is a multi functional device, that can work like a portable monitor, thanks to a HDMI input. You can connect the device to a laptop if you want a second screen on the go, or connect it to a smartphone, maybe Nintendo Switch or other gadgets. This device was actually announced in China first earlier this year and it’s sold there as the Lenovo Yoga Pad Pro. The new Lenovo Yoga Tab 13 is coming to the USA in July for $680 and up.

It’s quite pricey, competing with the Galaxy Tab S7 series. You can use the device with a pressure-sensitive pen, like the Lenovo Precision Pen 2 and there are some welcome new features here, like audio and video input via HDMI, plus a built in kickstand and the famous “barrel” hinge, with the batter inside. It definitely helps you prop up the device and improves grip. The slate comes with a shadow black exterior with Alcantara fabric covering the back. You can also flip the kickstand out 180 degrees and hang the tablet from a wall or some kitchen hangers.

The 13 inch screen has a 2160 x 1360 pixel resolution, there’s 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM here, 128 GB or 256 GB storage, plus a 10.000 mAh battery with 30W charging. At the back we find an 8 MP cam with ToF next to it. We also have 3 mics, face unlock, quad speakers and WiFi 6.
