Lenovo has a new tablet out and this one will please the EU, who is set on imposing device makers to offer removable batteries. The new ThinkTab X11 is priced at $500 and comes with a removable batttery a midrange Qualcomm CPU.

The device uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and it comes with Android, obviously. It was originally introduced at MWC 2026, in March and now it’s on sale. There’s also optional support for enterprise software. The slate uses a 10.95 inch screen with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and an IPS LCD panel. There’s up to 600 nits of brightness, 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

It comes with support for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and also uses a front facing NFC reader, useful for payment processing and similar actions. The tablet packs a fingerprint reader, stereo speakers and dual microphones. As well as a 13 MP back camera with autofocus and an 8 MP fixed focus front camera. There’s 45W USB-C charging and an interesting aspect is that we’re actually getting two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, both with support for 5 Gbps data transfer speeds and charging.

One does video output as well.

Lenovo throws in a 3.5 mm audio jack and a microSD card slot and the 10.200 mAh battery can be removed and replaced sans a screwdriver. Finally, its body is IP68 certified for dust and water resilience and Lenovo also provides a rugged case with military standard certifications. There’s even room for an optional Lenovo Tab Pen XE stylus.
