iQOO, vivo’s prolific sub brand has just quietly unveiled a brand new tablet in China, part of the Pad 5 lineup. It’s the iQOO Pad 5c and it joins the likes of Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro, as well as Pad 5e.
The iQOO Pad 5c is what some would call a high midrange tablet, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, together with LPDDR5X RAM and up to UFS 4.1 storage. There’s also a large 32.200 mm square vapor chamber for cooling purposes. The tablet packs a 12.1 inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. There’s also a 10.000 mAh battery, with support for 44W charging.

There’s also a 5 megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calls, as well as an 8 megapixel rear camera. There’s a quad speaker setup here and the whole thing measures 6.62 mm in thickenss and weighs 584 grams. It runs on OriginOS 6 and comes with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and an USB-C 3.2 Gen 1. It’ll be sold in Grey Crystal and Silver Wing.

Price and availability
The iQOO Pad 5c is sold at $400 for the 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage unit, while the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB model costs $440. If you want 12 GB of RAM, you’ll pay $515. Keep in mind that the 128 GB unit has UFS 3.1 storage.
