Fujitsu has been detailing the Stylistic Q550 tablet for a while now and we’re finally getting some solid info on the device, after the teasing. The product is meant for offices and hospitals, it comes with a 10.1 inch screen (LED Backlit, based on IPS technology), WLAN, Bluetooth and optional mobile broadband.
Fujitsu’s latest offering includes an Atom CPU and Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, that works fine with the aid of 2GB of on board memory. The display on this baby uses anti-glare technology and supports pen input and multitouch gestures. The Q550 weighs a mere 1.5 pounds and will be available with 2 or 4 cell batteries.
Other features include back and front cameras, USB slots, HDMI out and a dock connector. The pricing is the tough part, with $800 as the amount you’ll spend for the slate, that will be available starting this Spring.
