I remember that a while ago, LG was offering a free entry level tablet with the purchase of one of its smartphones and now we see the same move for the Nexus 6P. After all, it’s quite a pricey phone and the bonus is welcome.
Turns out that Vodafone UK is offering the Nexus 6P on preorder and those who take the plunge also get a Huawei MediaPad T1 7.0 bundled for free. The device is a modest one, with a 7 inch 1024 x 600 pixel display, two cameras with 2 megapixel resolutions and a Spreadtrum SC7731G processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz. It also has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and a 4100 mAh battery.
The OS here is Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Emotion UI 3.0 on top. Nexus 6P can be bought for 9 GBP with Vodafone contracts starting at 35 GBP per month. Deliveries of the products will happen at the end of the month. Expect more such offers in the future, maybe from other carriers as well.
