Verizon is preparing for Black Friday with a bunch of interesting options, that include some smartphones and a tablet, as shown below. They have a special cranberry color for the Droid RAZR handset from Motorola and a special offer for the 4G LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.
The white edition of the 7 inch slate goes for $99.99 and it’s a limited time offer, obviously. The 4G LTE version of the 7 inch Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 first launched on Verizon Wireless in August, with a price tag of $349.99. The device packs a 7 inch display, Android 4.0 ICS and comes preloaded with Netflix and Samsung’s Media Hub. It also has the Kindle app to give you some solid book reading. The tablet’s specs include 8 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front shooter.
The resolution supported here is 1024 x 600 pixels and inside the device there’s a dual core 1.2 GHz dual core SoC and 1 GB of RAM. There’s also a USB 2.0 Host port feature and Samsung’s Plane to Line Switching technology for better power efficiency from the brighter panel.
