Today, FCC approved two unannounced Lenovo tablets, the A7600 and the A5500. Unfortunately, they didn’t give us some info about them, but we found out that these tablets have been approved in China, too.
Lenovo A5500, the one showed in the picture above, could feature an 8-inch IPS display with 800×1280 resolution, a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, Dolby Mobile audio and a 8-megapixel main camera. Some of these specs have been confirmed in GFXBenchmark.
The 2nd model, Lenovo A7600 seems to have the same screen size as the A5500 but with a high resolution. The models approved by FCC are WiFi only, while the ones certified in China have 3G.
