Seen as the follow-up to the Toshiba Thrive… and a bit more, the Toshiba AT200 10 inch tablet has just received a price tag and launch date. It appears that this model will debut in stores on February 15 with a price tag starting at 399 quid. You’ll also find this device in online stores, in case you’re wondering.

For those not familiar with this model, know that the 10.1 incher measures a mere 7.7mm, being one of the thinnest tablets on the planet. Toshiba AT200 comes with a TI OMAP 4430 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a microUSB port, a micro HDMI port, microSD card slot, WiFi and Bluetooth. As far as imagine goes, it has a 5MP camera at the back and a 2 megapixel shooter at the front. The slate will be available in 16GB and 32GB versions. As far as software goes, you will get Adobe Flash 10.3 and Android Honeycomb 3.2 with a promise to receive Android 4.0 as an update, at some point.

Toshiba has yet to confirm the update, but what’s certain here is the price: 399 quid for the 16 GB unit and 449 for the 32GB tablet. Tempted by this offer?
