There’s a new Samsung 10 inch tablet out there, that leaked via official looking sketches today and we even have a codename of the device. It goes as Samsung SM-P580 and it’s a model with a stylus in tow.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 doesn’t work with the S Pen, so maybe its successor does. The user manual for the new slate has appeared on Samsung’s website, but it’s in Korean, so not much can be understood from it. The sketches clearly show a pen and there are also a few specs shown in English. The relation to the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is clear though.
Both models have a 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 pixel display and the 1.6 GHz Samsung Exynos 7870 octa core CPU. The newcomer packs a GPS and a microSD card slot, plus it offers support for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and measures 10 x 6.5 x 0.32 inches. Android is on board, with TouchWiz on top and the manual also mentions a multi window mode and the Samsung Notes app for the S Pen.
Could we be back to the Galaxy Note tablet series?
