Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus has been leaked a bunch of times already and we didn’t think we could be surprised. Well today, its full specs list hit the Interwebs and while they’re familiar, they also unveil some novelties. One of them is the fast charging, I mean really fast, at 45W.

Insiders close to SamMobile have unveiled that the Galaxy Tab S7+ will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor. That’s a bit of a surprise, since we were expecting a Snapdragon 865, but not the newer 865+, which has just been unveiled. It should also appear on the Galaxy Note 20 next month in USA at least. The 5G version of the new tablet will support sub 6 GHz 5G networks. There’s a 12.4 inch Super AMOLED screen here with a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels and S Pen functionality.

Inside we also find 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM, plus 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The battery is a huge 10.090 mAh unit and should come with Samsung’s 45W fast charging over the USB PD standard, according to a Danish certification database. According to the latest renders of the device, the Galaxy Tab S7+ will have two back cameras, a 13 MP one together with a 5 MP one, while upfront we find an 8 MP shooter. The OS is Android 10 with One UI 2.5 on top.

The report also mentions an under display fingerprint scanner, but we can’t tell if it’s an optical one or ultrasonic one. I’m pretty curious if the slate will come with a charger adapted to the fast charging of the device, or just ship with a basic 25W charger. The Galaxy Tab S7 series may debut next month with the Galaxy Note 20 on August 5th, or maybe earlier, during this month’s Galaxy Watch 3 event.
