Beside the Galaxy View tablet, it seems that the South-Korean producer Samsung is working on another slate as well, device called Galaxy Tab 5 8.0. This product was recently certified by FCC, and as you can see in the sketch below, the tablet carries the SM-T377P model number.
We get to know that this device received certification for Bluetooth, and WiFi LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity, as well for the 4G LTE bands. While the list of specs is missing for the moment, we might get a 8-inch display (probably HD resolution), coupled with a quad-core processor, at least 1.5 GB of RAM memory and Android 5.0 Lollipop as default OS.
From the information arrived on the web, is expected that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 5 8.0 to be available through Sprint mobile operator. Of course, the tablet will arrive in other locations too, after its official announcement that might happen pretty soon.
