The AT&T version of the rumored 10.5 inch Super AMOLED Samsung tablet has been spotted today, thanks to an User Agent Profile. We know that Samsung is working on two new AMOLED tablets, an 8.4 incher and a 10.5 incher, with the latter already getting a few leaks.
Three model versions pertaining to this family have been spotted at the FCC: SM-T800, SM-T801 and SM-T805. The Samsung SM-T807A seems to be the AT&T version of the SM-T800 and it comes with a high resolution display, at 2560 x 1600 pixels and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. The letter “A” in the model number suggests that the SM-T807A is made for AT&T. The SM-T807A comes with a Samsung Exynos 5420 processor, with 4 Cortex A15 cores and 4 cortex A7 cores, apparently.
It also comes with AT&T 4G LTE, 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, as well as a 7 megapixel camera. This sounds like a very powerful tablet, but wouldn’t it cannibalize the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro models? What about the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition, that’s actually a bit better than this one, thanks to the stylus on board? I can’t exactly understand Samsung’s strategy…
