We all know that last year realme launched its very first tablet, the realme Pad and then we had the realme Pad Mini. In the meantime a third model is in the shadows, preparing to make an appearance with new specs: realme Pad 5G.

The device is now rumored to come in two CPU versions with different Snapdragon 8 series chipsets. Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed that the next thing that will come from realme will be a realme Pad 5G, which will come with either a Snapdragon 8 Gen1+ CPU, which is expected to debut this month, or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. The latter will have a 2.5K LCD display, a 8360 mAh battery and stylus support.

We have no idea if fast charging is in the mix, or any sort of cool cameras, aside from the usual 8 or 13 MP sensor. There’s also a prototype of the realme Pad 5G floating around with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1+ processor. This device may debut in China with the name realme Pad 5G Master Explorer Edition. realme entered the tablet market in 2021 with a realme Pad, powered by a Helio G80 processor, which was a 4G device. It had a LCD 10.4 inch screen with 2000 x 1200 pixel resolution, an 8 MP back camera and 8 MP front camera, plus 7100 mAh battery.

The realme Pad Mini has a Unisoc T616 CPU, 8.7 inch screen and 6400 mAh battery.
