Realme has a new tablet in the making, a model dubbed Realme Pad 2, which will be arriving on July 19th. The device will be an affordable one and it’s going to sport an 11.5 inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution.
It also has a sleek design with slim bezels and an elegant look. Realme Pad 2 already has a landing page online available ahead of time. The images have been taken down in the meantime. They do show the device clearly and we get to see a circular camera island and a dual tone design. There are 4 speakers here in a 2×2 config to the left and right, providing an immersive experience. The device will provide a 2000 x 1200 pixel resolution and an Adaptive Refresh Rate, with up to 120 Hz supported.
There’s also adaptive brightness with fine tune dimming and O1 Ultra Vision Engine. The posters leaked online also promise up to 450 nits of brightness. Inside we find a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, which I’ve seen on tablets before. This is LTE enabled chip, so we may get a cellular 4G verson of the slate. Then there’s an USB-C port, but no audio jack.
The device is selling in green and black. We expect a price around $250, or maybe even below. The July 19th event will also include the Realme C53’s debut in India.
