Panasonic’s rugged tablet line is one of the best in the world, if your working environment is dangerous and requires tough gadgets. The company debuted its Toughpad FZ-B2 tablet in India for the business market segment.

This model is sold at $1206, which is quite a hefty price, but for that you get a rugged 7 inch tablet with Android. The product runs Android 4.4 and relies on a quad core Intel Celeron processor. It also bundles quick charging, a user replaceable full shift battery, software encryption and of course a case that can withstand a 5 foot drop and any type of weather.

Dust and water resilience are also on the list, together with 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a 5 MP back camera. On the connectivity front, the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 offers WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB 3.0. 4G LTE is also here, as well as a HD front camera, microSD and a stylus.
