Dell has been taking pre-orders for the tablet-netbook Inspiron Duo on its site or a while now and we learn that units will be shipped in December. This 10 inch swiveling screen device comes with a display that rotates inside the frame and transforms the standard netbook into a tablet. Orders are only accepted in the US for now, with the device going for $549.

You’ll pay $649 for the unit bundled with an optional docking station with extra ports and speakers. Deliveries start in the US on December 15 and in the UK on December 2.
