Sacrifices were obviously needed to make a 6 inch affordable Nokia phablet available, so the Nokia Lumia 1320 came to life. This model has arrived on our testing table and its unboxing is detailed in the following lines.
The product was announced in October, hit the stores in January and it’s priced at $350 in USA. This device comes inside the typical blue box from Nokia and it has a removable back part of the case, that is interchangeable. Under it you can find overlapping the microSD and microSIM card slots, easy to access.
Lumia 1320 measures 9.8 mm in thickness and weighs 220 grams, so it’s not exactly light or thin. It’s also a bit slippery and inside the box we find the charger, USB cable, manual and headphones. The headphones are of a lower quality, pretty much the same as the ones of the Lumia 520 and the case is also a cheaper plastic than the Lumia 1520 polycarbonate.
This model runs Windows Phone 8 Black using a dual core Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.7 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage. We’ll be back with a full review ASAP.
