Lenovo has unleashed a wave of new tablets on us today, all of them part of the A Series. These models have varied diagonal sizes and various purposes for their users. The A7-30 is supposed to be a Pocket Studio with Dolby, while the A7-50 is dubbed a “Crystal Clear Multimedia Reader”.
Both the models with the A7 name are 7 inchers with quad core CPUs. The A7-30 has Dolby enhancing for its dual front facing speakers and it comes with a 3500 mAh battery, a 2 MP rear camera and a front 0.3 MP shooter. It runs Android 4.2. Moving on to the A7-50, this one has a HD display, a 2 MP front camera and both this and the previous model have a SIM card slot in a special cellular version.
There’s also an inbetween version dubbed A7-40, that gives up the front camera and offers 8 GB of storage. Next up, the A8 has an 8 inch 1280 x 800 display, quad core processor and Dolby audio. We’ve got 3G connectivity, a 4200 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, a 2 MP front cam and 5 MP back cam.
Finally, the A10 unit has a 10.1 inch display with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, a quad core processor and 6340 mAh battery. Dolby is also here via front speakers and a 5 MP back cam. The products will hit stores in Q2.
