Next week will be an extremely exciting time for people into the whole tech scene… On the one hand, we have the launch of Windows Phone Mango, plus the HTC September 1st event and the Samsung one on the same date. Among the devices that Samsung will showcase there’s the Galaxy Tab 7.7 slate that we don’t know that much about. Well, at least now we have the live pic below…

This live shot shows us in a blurry way what the Galaxy Tab follow-up will look like. The tablet seems to pack a 30 pin connector just like the one on Galaxy Tab 10.1 and sadly this image doesn’t reveal much, when it comes to the actual size of the device. We have no idea what specs this unit will hold, but a 7 inc h Super AMOLED Plus display is rumored, as well as a dual core 1.2GHz Exynos CPU, just like the one on Galaxy S II, or maybe with a 1.5GHz frequency.

Considering the name, this could be a 7.7 inch tablet in the end, but where does this segment fir, with the 8.9 inch, 10.1 inch, 9.7 inch and 7 inch tablets out there? Oh… and I forgot the 5 inch Dell Streak. When will Samsung also tackle this tinier diagonal? We’ll see at IFA 2011!
