If you ever thought controlling a smart device like a tablet just by using your eyes, then your dream can soon become reality. Yesterday at CES, the folks at WindowsCentral.com gave a visit to The Eye Tribe stand where it was demoed an eye-control solution for mobile devices.
As you can see from the picture below and from the video, a bunch of tablets were packed with a device called The Eye Tribe Tracker. Even if this product isn’t intended for public, developers can get a hand on it for a $99 price tag, device that is compatible with Windows OS X and Android.
Also, if you have a Surface Pro 1, Surface Pro 2, or the latest Surface Pro 3, the company has in store a mount that fits directly into the tablets. From the video above we can notice how eyes can be used in gameplay such as Fruit Ninja or for web browsing.
According to the creators, they’re waiting for the response of OEMs that want such a product to be introduced on their future smartphones or tablets. You can find more about The Tribe Tracker developer kit right here.
