Today, during the Microsoft Summit Romania event that takes place in Bucharest, the Romanian company Allview announced the launch of two new Windows 8.1 tablets, more precisely the Wi7 and the hybrid netbook called Wi10N, devices that represent pretty good options when it comes to productivity and flexibility.
