After multiple leaks and certifications, it’s the turn of benchmarks to leak the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 slate. Today the device appeared in GFXBench and the specs it leaked are mentioned below.

Odds are that Sammy will unveil the product at MWC 2017 next month and the specs list isn’t bad at all. Last we heard, this model was coming with an Exynos 7420 CPU, which if I’m not mistaking was present on the Samsung Galaxy S6. It was also said to pack 4 GB of RAM. Now comes the GFXBench leak, showing offer a 9.6 inch screen with a 2048 x 1536 pixel screen, plus a 2.1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU and 4 GB Of RAM.

Of course, the CPU is plausible, but it’s a newer generation than the Exynos one, since it was available on the Galaxy S7. 32 GB of storage are also mentioned by the leak, as well as a 12 megapixel back camera and Android 7.0 Nougat as the OS. Of course, we don’t know if anything is real at this point and Samsung remains as tight lipped as ever. MWC 2017 is probably the best bet for launch.
