Toshiba just debuted a new convertible, the Satellite Radius 11, a model that’s priced very reasonably, considering its product segment. We’re talking about a flip and fold device, that goes for just $329.99.
This is a Windows-based notebook that packs a 11.6 inch display, a 360 degree hinge and it works as a convertible laptop turning into a tablet. It offers a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and under the device there’s an Intel Celeron or Pentium processor, together with up to 4 GB of RAM. We’ve got two storage options, so you can have your pick between 32 GB of flash storage or a 500 GB HDD.
On the connectivity side of things, there’s a USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 one, an SD card slot and a HDMI slot. There’s even a front facing HD webcam and the OS here is Windows 8.1. Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 has the following usage modes: tablet, laptop, tabletop, presentation and audience. The display and the keyboard lock automatically in presentation mode. The product goes live starting with October 26 on major retailers.
