The MSI S20 is a Windows tablet with a slide out keyboard, that works pretty much like a laptop. The device was introduced about a year ago and now the S20 is getting an upgraded of specs. The newcomer is dubbed MSI S20 Slider 2 and it has some hardware enhancements.
The newcomer relies on an Intel Haswell processor instead of the last gen Ivy Bridge CPU. The product integrates a 11.6 inch 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS screen with 10 point multitouch support and a 4th generation Intel Core i5 processor at the inside. There’s also support for up to 8 GB of RAM and an mSATA slot for a solid state drive.
The tablet comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet and a mini HDMI jack too. We’ve got 2 USB 3.0 ports on board, an SD card slot and a 720p front webcam. Stereo speakers are integrated as well and the MSI S20 Slider 2’s keyboard offers 87 keys, but sadly there’s no touchpad. The device’s price is said to be around $1199.
