Eston N97 is an Android MID that was announced all the way back in November 2009. Only now it shows its head, with a couple of specs that aren’t at all impressive. They include a 624MHz Marvell PXA303 processor, Android 1.5, a 7 inch resistive touch display, 256MB NAND Flash and 128MB RAM.

WiFi is also on board, as well as miniUSB connectivity, a 3.5mm audio jack and a 3.7V 5000mAh battery. The latter provides 4 hours of Internet surfing, but the rest of the features are pretty rubbish, if you ask us.
