Even if the wireless charging technology is currently available for a bunch of little devices like smartphones, not all producer had made this step in matter of accessibility for the user. However, is expected that next year, the number of these wireless charging-enable devices to grow as we’ll get support for bigger electronics too.
Today we get to know that the guys from Freescale just announced a new wireless product that is powerful enough in order to charge even our tablets. This system offers a 15-Watt power, a number that is triple the value of the actual Freescale solution for smartphones.
We also found out that this new product will bring support for Qi Wireless Charging technology. It remains to see who will release the first tablet with such a technology and if the price will get bigger compared to a regular slate from today.
