Videocon has debuted a new affordable tablet, a 7 inch model with an interesting back texture, dual SIM slots and 3G connectivity. It can also make voice calls. The product is priced at $76 and it’s pictured below.
This is a KitKat model that offers a 7 inch screen panel, with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, as well as a dual core 1.3 GHz processor. There’s a 2 MP rear camera here without flash and a front VGA shooter. Inside we find a 3000 mAh battery, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of storage. This model also brings a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth, aGPS and USB OTG.
Recent tablet market studies have shown the cellular tablets are one of the segments still selling well. People are looking for connectivity on the go and usually appreciate the offers that carriers propose for such models, with contracts attached.
