It would appear we should be getting ready to welcome the iPad Pro 2, according to a fresh leak from China, revealing what seems to be the new model. It’s actually the third iPad Pro, since the second one was the 9.7 incher.
The device pictured above doesn’t seem to stray from the general design lines of the predecessor, so if it’s legit Apple will keep the same approach. The model number assigned to the product is MH1C2CD/F, that hasn’t yet been assigned to any current or past iPad units. AppleInsider, the source of the rumors claims that this naming pattern is very different from the past ones and it’s strange to see Apple do that.
The refresh of the slate is expected to arrive this fall, maybe with an Apple A10X CPU, enhanced camera, True Tone Display and perhaps even a 4K resolution. We could also see an even bigger storage version and new stylus.
