If you’re heard about SmartQ V5, know that this MID/tablet now has a brother, the V3 model. Pictured below, this device is based around an ARM11 CPU (600MHz) with support for 3D graphics and 256MB of DDR2 RAM. A Mini HDMI interface is also among the specs, as well as a dust-proof cover and a headphone jack.
SmartQ V3 uses a 4.3 inch 800 x 480 pixel display, that’s been improved comparing the previous MID edition. Android 2.1 is a nifty thing to find on a Chinese slate these days, specially considering the huge number of devices with Android 1.6 or even 1.5 on them. Froyo available as an update maybe?
