Sprint may have been the laughing stock of sketches from NBC’s shows lately, but they’re out with an interesting offer today. They’re offering the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 slate with a price tag of just $49.99.
The price excludes taxes and comes with a new line or eligible upgrade and 2 year contract. The device is available in white, but there will also be a midnight black version available for the holidays. The 7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and supports Sprint’s 4G LTE, plus it packs a 3 MP back camera and a front 1.3 MP shooter for videocalls.
There’s also the brand new Sprint One Up upgrade program, that will allow customers to upgrade their handsets every 12 months. There’s Samsung Hub on board of the device, basically a collection of Hubs used to purchase music, books and movies and these can be accessed from any Galaxy device. To me these are bloatware, but some people see them as selling points.
