Samsung’s next big tablet has broken cover again. High-resolution renders of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra have surfaced online, giving us a much sharper look at the company’s upcoming flagship slate. The device is part of Samsung’s four-tablet lineup planned for later this year, with the S11 Ultra sitting at the very top.

The new images, published by WinFuture, show off a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with WQXGA+ resolution (2960 x 1848). Unlike the Tab S9 Ultra’s wide cutout, the S11 Ultra opts for a smaller semicircle notch, housing a single 12MP front camera. Around the back, there’s a dual-camera system with a 12MP main sensor and a 13MP ultrawide, both capable of 4K video recording.

Under the hood, Samsung is reportedly going with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chip, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, with microSD expansion still in play. The tablet measures just around 5mm thin, packs quad speakers, and ships with the S Pen included. Both the slate and stylus are expected to carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Powering it all is a hefty 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

On the software side, the Tab S11 Ultra should debut with Android 16 and One UI 8.0, and Samsung is promising seven years of OS upgrades and security updates — putting it on par with the Galaxy S25 lineup.

The Galaxy Tab S11 series is expected to go official just ahead of IFA 2025 in Berlin, meaning we won’t have to wait long to see if these leaks line up with the real deal.
