Samsung Galaxy Note II, a device we’ve reviewed already here is now available for preorder on Verizon. The device appeared on the site this morning with a price tag of $299.99 on a 2 year contract, fitting the pricing of the AT&T and Sprint versions. You probably know all there is to know about the phablet, but you may need a reminder.
So, first things first: this is a 5.5 inch phablet with a quad core Exynos 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM and HD screen resolution. The screen is a Super AMOLED one, one that provides great viewing angles, vibrant colors and decent sunlight behavior. This LTE-supporting device ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and comes in both grey and white versions. All orders are supposed to ship by November 27th, according to Verizon, quite a bit later than its rivals.
Meanwhile, AT&T’s preorder of the device debuted today as well, with shipping taking place around November 6th. Samsung Galaxy Note II also brings a very good stylus, with 1024 pressure points, Wacom technology and a very good 8 megapixel camera, borrowed from the Galaxy S III.
